Do you often feel as if you have no control over your life your body or your health? I must confess, I feel like that all the time. Sometimes I feel like things are happening to me and I am just reacting to it all. That’s when I have to remember what the Power Collection stands for. I do have power and control over my life and my body. Sometimes just the affirmation is a trigger to realize and harness that power. Here is a specific tool that I use to regain control. I follow each of the following steps to help me focus myself.
- Define what you want to change broadly
- Make a list of specific goals
- Breakdown the list of goals into individual steps
- Work on one step from each goal at a time
